Description
DMC is the General Contractor retained by City of Detroit, Planning and Development Department (Housing Services Division) to provide Emergency Home Repair Services (SEHRP) to senior single family home owners in the City of Detroit. These services are provided as a grant to the low-income senior’s qualifying the criteria set by the Department. This is a federal (HUD) funded project.

The brief Scope of services includes but not limited to:

- Roofing, Siding, Fascia, & Soffit
- New Plumbing supply lines, drain, fixtures etc.
- Furnace & Ductwork
- Building new Masonry/Wood Porch, Decks (ADA Compliant)
- Installation of Fence and Railings
- Replacing/Installing drywall and insulation
- Painting Exterior & Interior
- Concrete (Driveway, Sidewalks, Approach, Public-walk)
- Masonry- Ceramic, Chimney, Tuck-pointing, Porch, Block-walls
- Shoring and Selective Demolition
- Flooring- Wood, Carpet, VCT, & Sheet Vinyl
